1. Return Eligibility<\/h2>\n

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
\n– Unused and in their original condition
\n– In the original packaging
\n– Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)<\/p>\n

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective.<\/p>\n

2. Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n

The following items are not eligible for return:
\n– Opened or used products
\n– Items damaged due to misuse
\n– Gift cards
\n– Sale or discounted items (unless defective)<\/p>\n

3. How to Request a Return<\/h2>\n

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vavaira.com with:

\n– Reason for the return
\n– Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)<\/p>\n

We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.<\/p>\n

4. Refunds<\/h2>\n

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

5. Damaged or Defective Items<\/h2>\n

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.<\/p>\n

6. International Returns<\/h2>\n

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.<\/p>\n
