1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
– Unused and in their original condition
– In the original packaging
– Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
– Opened or used products
– Items damaged due to misuse
– Gift cards
– Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vavaira.com with:
– Your order number
– Reason for the return
– Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
